Jim has successfully represented individual and corporate clients for over 30 years. He has litigated a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts in Indiana and other jurisdictions. Jim focuses on the areas of personal injury and business disputes, but his practice also includes mediation and arbitration of all types of legal disputes.

As a result of his legal accomplishments, Jim has been awarded a rating of ‘AV’ by his peers. The AV rating is the highest rating a lawyer can receive. It signifies that an attorney has reached the pinnacle of professional excellence in both legal skills and integrity.

In addition to practicing law, Jim speaks at numerous seminars on such topics as litigation procedures and trial tactics.

Jim is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
