Karl Popowics was born in Manchester, Connecticut. He graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and went on to receive his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1996.

Karl’s practice is primarily in civil litigation and he represents a wide variety of clients in the areas of asbestos litigation, employment law, workers’ compensation, insurance, and general liability. Karl has extensive trial experience and has tried cases involving premises liability, breach of contract, bad faith, malicious prosecution and negligence claims.

An avid runner, Karl has completed the Chicago, New York, and Big Sur Marathons and is a regular participant in the Indianapolis Mini-Marathon.
Karl lives in Carmel, Indiana with his wife, Kerry, and their four children.
